Teenagers who use marijuana to fall asleep may be setting themselves up for insomnia later in life, a new study suggests. It is widely known that many people rely on marijuana as a sleep aid. In a 2018 survey of 1,000 marijuana users in Colorado, 74 percent reported that they use it to fall asleep.
