Debt-ridden dad set up cannabis factory in daughter’s home to pay back money he owed

A father used the home of his daughter and four grandchildren to grow a cannabis farm in order to pay off a debt. Raymond Moreland, 55, was found with 41 immature cannabis plants in two tents in the bedrooms of his daughter Hayley Moreland’s house in Newport .
