Charlie Flanagan denies Ireland is ‘sleepwalking’ into legalising cannabis


The Justice Minister denies the country is “sleepwalking” into legalising cannabis. Proposals to ease the law around possession of drugs for personal use are due before the Cabinet in the coming weeks.
