Tulsa school board to vote on policy banning medical marijuana on district property

In keeping with federal law, the Tulsa school board on Monday will vote on a new policy that bans medical marijuana and sets guidelines for use of cannabidiol, or CBD. If approved, the policy would forbid employees, students and parents from possessing marijuana on school grounds despite their status as a medical marijuana license holder. Bus drivers and campus police officers also would not be able to use marijuana outside of school, regardless of whether they have a license.
