Frankfort The House Judiciary Committee overwhelmingly approved a bill late Wednesday that would legalize the sale of medical marijuana in Kentucky through state-licensed dispensaries. But with only five days left in the 2019 legislative session, sponsors say they’re racing the clock. “Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Maybe it’s not probable, but it’s not over ‘till the fat lady sings,” said state Rep. Jason Nemes , R-Louisville, co-sponsor of House Bill 136.
