DENVER — Cannabis advocates are watching closely as Colorado lawmakers consider limits on where e-cigarettes can be used in an effort to combat rising teen use of nicotine-containing vaping devices. E-cigarettes heat a nicotine solution into a vapor that’s inhaled.
