Sell regulated heroin to drug users to reduce overdose deaths: B.C. group


The province should establish heroin compassion clubs for drug users as the death toll from B.C.’s opioid crisis continues to climb, says a new report from the B.C. Centre on Substance Use. In the report released Thursday, the BCCSU proposes that the clubs provide access to legal pharmaceutical-grade heroin that has not been tainted with unregulated fentanyl.
