Bedfordshire police closes two cannabis factories in two days


The shutdowns were part of a crackdown on drugs production
Bedfordshire Police have shut down two properties which were believed to be cannabis factories in a crackdown on drugs production. Officers were called to an address in Strathmore Avenue, Luton on Sunday (February 3). After a search, cannabis plants were found. The following day (Monday) officers carried out a warrant in a house in Meyrick Avenue, Luton. Growing equipment used for cultivation of cannabis was found in the address.
